How exactly do credits work?
1 file = 1 credit for everything except video. Video is priced by source length — every started 5 minutes costs 1 credit, and the exact cost is shown after upload, before you press Convert. Failed conversions are never charged.
What happens to unused subscription credits?
Subscription credits reset at the end of each billing cycle. If your usage comes in bursts, credit packs are the better fit — buy once, never expire.
Subscription vs credit packs — which should I pick?
Subscriptions grant credits monthly at the lowest per-credit price — best for steady use. Packs are one-time purchases that never expire — best for occasional, project-based work. They stack: subscription credits are consumed first.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, in Settings → Billing, one click. Access continues until the end of the current period. No retention pop-ups, no hidden steps.
Is the free plan really free?
Yes — 10 conversions a day with files up to 200 MB, no account, and never a watermark. A few unobtrusive ads keep the free tier free; every paid plan removes them completely. A free account doubles the limit to 20 a day and 500 MB.
What if I hit the daily free limit?
It refreshes every 24 hours, so you can simply wait. Need more today? Create a free account for a higher limit, start a Starter subscription, or grab a credit pack.
